Return Policy
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Digital products or software
- Hygiene products (opened)
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Perishable goods
How to Return an Item

- Pack the Item: Securely pack the item with all original materials and accessories
- Ship It Back: Send the package to our returns address (provided via email)
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Exchanges: Free return shipping for exchanges
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: Processed within 5-10 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method
- Refund Amount: Original purchase price (shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective items)
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at [email protected]. We'll process exchanges as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will:
- Arrange for a replacement to be sent at no cost
- Provide a full refund including shipping costs
- Cover all return shipping expenses
