Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact customer support immediately if you need to make changes.

Do you offer invoices for business customers?

Yes! During checkout, select "Business Customer" and provide your company details. An invoice will be included with your shipment.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within Estonia. Express shipping is available for 1-2 day delivery. See our Shipping Information page for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to all EU countries. International shipping outside the EU is available on request. Contact customer support for rates and delivery times.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package on our website or directly through the courier's website.

What if I'm not home when my package arrives?

For standard deliveries, the courier will leave a notice with pickup instructions. For pickup points, your package will be held for 7 days. Express deliveries may require a signature.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days from delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Returns Policy for complete details.

How do I return an item?

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Products & Availability

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Stock availability is shown on each product page. "In Stock" items usually ship within 1-2 business days. "Low Stock" items have limited quantities available.

Can I reserve an item?

We don't offer reservations, but items are held in your cart for 30 minutes. We recommend completing your purchase promptly for high-demand items.

Do you offer price matching?

We strive to offer competitive prices. If you find a lower price from an authorized retailer, contact us and we'll do our best to match it.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and view order history.
